Kudisch Abogados S.C. was founded by Ana María Kudisch Castelló in 2005, who has more than 30 years of experience as an attonery in civil rights, family law and mediation.
The Firm is staffed by lawyers with a work experience that has been developed in the practice of family litigation, protection proceedings and general practice and consultancy in family law.
In our work, we do our best to ensure children aren’t involved in adults’s issues in a destructive manner.

Ana María Kudisch
Bachelor’s degree in Law by Universidad Anáhuac, Master’s degree in Family Law and a certified private mediator by Tribunal Superior de Justicia CDMX 002.
Director of Kudisch Abogados. A law firm specialized in Family Law for 25 years. Has a diploma in collaborative rights by the Mexican Lawyer Bar.
Studied at Universidad Anáhuac from 1978 to 1982, where she was top of her class and obtained honorary mention for her thesis as she concluded her bachelor’s degree in law. Her professional ID is number 943032.
She speaks four languages: English, German, French and Spanish. She directs Kudisch Abogados S.C. and has more than 20 years of experience as an independent professional; her company also has other experienced lawyers and experts in other areas who support her work.
She obtained a Master’s Degree at Instituto de Ciencias Jurídicas, today called Universidad Tepantlato, with the professional ID number 5784528.
Ana María is a certified private mediator identified as number 002 by Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México, and is in her fourth recertification year. She has been named an expert in Mexican family law in the United States and Canada and has vast experience in trials concerning restitution of minors. An active member of the Mexican Layer Bar, Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C., she pursues continual education and has been coordinator of the Gender Equality Comitee; nowadays she is vicepresident and a member of the directive council.
In 2019 she was named vicepresident of the Mexican Law Bar foundation, Fundación de la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados A.C and won the pro bono price in 2016 by the same foundation and as counselor of Colegio Nacional de la Abogacía from 2020 to 2021.
She is also active in the mediation school Colegio Nacional de Mediadores CONAMEC. Internationally she is member at:

Sandra Pérez Palma
Bachelor’s degree in Law by UIC, Master’s degree in Family Law by Universidad Tepantlato; private mediator by Tribunal Superior de Justicia.
Re Certified Private Mediator number 552 by Tribunal Superior de Justicia of Mexico City. Has a diploma in collaborative rights by the Mexican Lawyer Bar.
She’s part of the team at Kudisch Abogados S.C. since 2008 and litigiates in family law. She has taught mediation and family law at Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, Westhill and Instituto Sowelu.
A member of the Mexican Law Bar, Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, since February 28th of 2013. She exposed on surrogate motherhood at the XVII National Lawyer Congress of the Mexican Law Bar of 2019 in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. Also presented family mediation with gender perspective in the Notarial Mediation course of the same year.
She has been a guest at Martha Debayle’s radio show as well as at Yordi Rosado’s at Exa radio, where she has talked about divorce, care and custody, violence against women and child support. At Master de BB organized by martha Debayle in 2022 she gave a conference named “Las reglas del matrimonio y la separación” (the rules of marriage and separation).

Active member of the Mexican Law Bar, Colegio de Abogados A.C. since 2019, Has litigated in family law for 10 years.
Graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in class of 2014. In 2021 she completed her Master’s Degre in family law at Universidad Tepantlato.
She is a member of the Mexican Law Bar Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados A.C. since 2019, and continually participates in their sessions, diplomas and courses to keep herself updated.
She has litigated in family law for 10 years and is part of the team at Kudisch Abogados S.C. since 2014.
Yoselín Gabriela Cortés
Bachelor’s degree in Law by UNAM, Master’s degree in Family Law by Universidad Tepantlato.
Active member of the Mexican Law Bar, Colegio de Abogados A.C. since 2013, Where she keeps up to date on new legislations that may occur.
Part of Kudisch Abogados, which specializes in family law, since 2008, she has specialized in intra family violence, human rights and gender equality.
She obtained her Master’s Degree in Family Law in 2012 at Instituto de Ciencias Jurídicas (nowadays Universidad Tepantlato), and is an active associate at the Mexican Lawyer Bar, Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados A.C., since 2013, where she keeps up with any new reforms that might occur in our different legislations.
